Our Wealth Management Process

At Lessard Wealth Management, we consistently prioritize your needs, ensuring that they remain the central focus throughout our comprehensive wealth management process. The cornerstone of our methodology lies in the meticulous creation and ongoing maintenance of your Financial Plan Summary.

This document is pivotal in providing clarity regarding your current financial position and future aspirations. Think of it as your personalized roadmap to financial success. Every recommendation and proposed action we make is intricately connected to the insights derived from this Financial Plan Summary. Our primary objective of the Financial Plan Summary is to optimize your financial outcomes, minimize tax liabilities, and safeguard a greater portion of your diligently accumulated wealth.

Just as a doctor relies on thorough assessments, including labs and x-rays, to make accurate diagnoses, we recognize that a clear comprehension of your circumstances is indispensable for making informed choices. Without a well-defined understanding of your current situation and future objectives, the task of making decisions that profoundly shape your life becomes challenging, if not impossible.

At Lessard Wealth Management, we take pride in being more than just wealth managers – we are fiduciaries committed to your financial well-being. As fiduciaries, we uphold the highest standard of trust and responsibility, ensuring that your interests always come first. Let us be your financial guide, ensuring that each step you take aligns seamlessly with your unique journey.

Step 1: FIT Meeting

We start with the FIT Meeting to get to know each other and determine if we mutually agree that we would be a good fit to work together.

During this meeting, we will first gain a foundational understanding of your high-level situation. We will then introduce our business model, approach, and fee structure. If we both agree that it makes sense to move forward, we will outline a timeline and next steps.

There are no strings attached to this complimentary session. Unless we mutually agree to move forward, neither party will have any obligations to the other. If we mutually agree to move forward and work together, we will establish and define the scope of our work together. We are very transparent in our fees and only charge for what you need us to help you with as defined in the scope of the engagement

Step 2: Visions & Values Meeting

Once you have engaged our firm to work with you, it is our mission to help guide you through life's transitions and be the protectors of your lifestyle and generational wealth. We want to learn more about your personal situation, identify your dreams and goals, and understand any potential gaps that could wreak havoc on your financial goals.

Visions & Values Meeting
The purpose of this meeting is to gather thorough information about various aspects of your financial life. We achieve this through confidential questionnaires, counseling sessions, and a comprehensive review of your documents and records that we will request. This may take one meeting or several, it really depends on the complexity of your situation.

Analyze, Evaluate & Develop Recommendations
During this phase, our team begins analyzing your data and formulating recommendations, suggested action items, and strategies to achieve the goals that were outlined in the Visions & Values meetings.

Step 3: Review, Amend, Implement and Monitor

We will then review the initial Financial Plan Summary together and make any necessary adjustments. We then put the plan into action. At the end of each meeting, we schedule our next meeting. You will always know our agreed-upon timeline and when we will meet next. Our team diligently carries out routine action items and consistently monitors progress.

Review, Amend, Implement, and Monitor the Plan
Ultimately, at Lessard Wealth Management, we emphasize the significance of constant communication and ongoing assessment. We understand that life evolves, and your plan is inherently dynamic. As your advisors, we pledge to collaborate with you, always prioritizing your best interests by regularly monitoring and updating your plan.
